Sample Volunteer Roles

• Community Outreach (in the Triangle area)
  • Partnering with local police departments to visit businesses that are most likely to encounter human trafficking and sharing resource materials
  • Offering businesses information about available trainings and how to recognize and respond to concerns
  • Assisting at community events, fairs, and church gatherings where we distribute educational materials
• Research Support
  • Reviewing current studies and best‑practice models related to trafficking and demand reduction
  • Summarizing key findings to strengthen our programs and professional training
  • Tracking emerging trends in North Carolina and nationally
• Communications & Supporter Engagement
  • Designing or drafting social media content or newsletters
